Order cancellation

• As a user, you may cancel an order displayed in the website placed by you before the order enters the “billed” stage. If the payment is done, for any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 72 hours.

• Orders may be cancelled by the Company in any of the following cases: (a) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or (b) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms of Use/User Agreement, or (c) in case of unavailability of product(s), or (d) for any reason outside the control of the Company, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties. For such cancellations, the Company will initiate a refund, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 72 hours.

• Further, while precautions are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications, the details of a product as reflected on the website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect information provided by third party and in such an event, you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such an event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and grant credit/coupon for the value of the returned product. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the website.

• We maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users, and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.

Returns and refunds

• Product/service once delivered fully are non-returnable.

• Users can opt-in for a promotional code of the equivalent amount they paid if the service/ product is yet not delivered by the Company. The promotional code may be used within 1 year by the user.

• Unless otherwise stated and/or as mutually agreed between the Company and Customer, for payments made through electronic means such as debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. the refund shall be made using the same payment mode.

Shipping

• What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with each product/services.

Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual product/service.

For products/service listed in the website, general shipping cost shall be between INR 500 – 900 (shipping within India) and USD 40 – 100 (shipping outside of India). Shipping cost may be compositely added for a group of product delivered or may be basis on delivery per item may be applied based on product /service category.

• What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery of a product / service may start after 1 month till 6 months from the date of the product/service booked.

Estimated delivery time of the product/services depends on the following factors:

• The service in the website listing tentative commencement date.
• The destination at which the product/service is being offered.

• Are there any hidden costs (sales tax etc.) on the product/service?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on the website. Listed prices are final as base program/service cost. Additionally, the Govt. tax & courier cost shall be applicable in the base cost displayed at the time of checkout.

• If COD (Cash on delivery) option is applicable?

COD option is not applicable in our service/product.

• Who else to incur the return cost?

User can return the product / PT item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the user.

• Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, the Company delivers items internationally.
